We have been working with the Ontario Ministry’s systems for many years, beginning in the search and registration service in the late 1980’s, when filings were registered through mail or over the counter at the Ministry service centers. In the 1990’s the Ministry migrated to an electronic system, requiring many registrations to be handled both over the counter or through service delivery partners. Since then, the Ontario Business Registry Launched its new system on October 19, 2021. This system allows residents in Ontario to register and maintain their own corporation and trade name businesses.

We are registered with Ontario as an Intermediary Partner, and our goal is to support you in keeping your businesses compliant with the Ontario government, ensuring you are not penalized for neglecting your corporate responsibilities.
